When designing the blueprint for the LifeLab, I wanted a place that embodied women empowerment. I wanted an escape for women to hang up their Superwomen capes and the Wonderwomen lassos. A place for women to be themselves and encourage each other. A place to get experience and advice from others that have gone through or are going through the same as you without fear of judgement. A confidential "hideout" where women can laugh, dance and learn while growing to their full potential and discovering themselves along the way. I want to replenish our minds, bodies and spirits because we are the ones that shape the tomorrows.
The LifeLab has two locations. One being inside the MoonTide Wellness Studio of Brunswick, GA, the other being in the Pink Orchid Jax yoni steam suite in the heart of downtown Jacksonville, FL.
